The Internal Audit Senior Analyst will execute our audit strategy, uphold a robust control environment, and ensure SOX compliance across key processes while partnering cross-functionally to reduce complexity.

This full-time, hybrid role requires collaboration with teams and ongoing optimization of controls, with a strong emphasis on data systems, risk assessment, and scalable solutions for future

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting or internal audit at a public company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of SOX, COSO, PCAOB/SEC requirements, and internal control design and evaluation.
• Project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional alignment and leadership engagement.
• Big 4 public accounting experience with public company clients.
• Certifications such as CPA or CIA.
• Experience in leveraging and monitoring AI-driven controls testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Planet is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Senior Analyst to execute our audit strategy and uphold a robust, scalable control environment. This role is central to ensuring effective SOX compliance across key business processes and supporting IT/data systems. You will identify opportunities to optimize internal controls and partner cross-functionally to reduce complexity, enhance audit efficiency, and build a scalable foundation for future compliance initiatives. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about process improvement and internal control optimization.
• This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week.

Requirements
