• 2+ years of internal audit or related analytical experience.
• Progress toward CPA, CIA, or CFA designation.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with long-term audit planning and trend analysis.
• Build knowledge of BCI processes and risk landscape for engagements.
• Plan and organize audit engagements with leadership and auditees.
• Draft engagement objectives, scope, and testing areas.
• Strengthen testing methodologies using internal and external frameworks.
• Document audit programs clearly for the team.
• Conduct audits with judgment and gather evidence for findings.
• Identify controls and root causes and offer recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while upholding quality.
• Prepare working papers and report sections for review.
• Maintain precise, plain-language audit communications.
