Job summary

Pomerleau invites motivated engineering students to join the Estimation Intern program across Canada. You will support major projects by leading bid processes, researching pricing for labor, equipment, and materials, and performing quantity take-offs with precision.

This internship emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on experience in a real construction setting across Ontario and British Columbia.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management degree or diploma program.

Responsibilities

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.

• Execute thorough quantity take‑offs, guaranteeing precision in contract specifications and pricing.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
• Provide valuable assistance to the team, actively contributing to a collaborative office environment.
