Job summary

Bombardier invites motivated students to join an 8-month internship in industrialization roles at its Dorval site. You will support project management tasks, coordinate activities, and help document industrialization processes while developing strategic insights for manufacturing excellence.

Ideal candidates are pursuing relevant engineering or management degrees, fluent in English and French, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering or in Operations Management/Business Administration.
• Interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
• Fluent in English and French (Spanish is an asset).
• Curious about aviation industry, products and market dynamics.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative.
• Enjoy working with data and numbers in a structured, analytical way.
• Proficient with Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Autonomy, customer-oriented approach, and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts to monitor project plans and assist with tasks across initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate activities to support master and detailed industrialization plans.
• Create, revise and organize documentation related to industrialization processes and analyses.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining industrialization strategies for manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization.
• Participate in developing and implementing process improvements for the Industrialization strategy.
• Support governance, create presentations and maintain KPIs.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Collaborate with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts to monitor project plans and assist with key tasks across multiple initiatives.

How to thrive in this role?

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering, or in Operations Management, Business Administration.
• You have an interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
• You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written. Spanish is considered an asset.
• You are curious about the aviation industry—its products, programs, technologies, and market dynamics.
• You possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• You enjoy working with data and numbers in a structured and analytical way.
