Job summary

Bombardier invites motivated students to join as interns in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering for an 8‑month program at our Dorval site. You will coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, and drive process improvements while aligning with Bombardier's priorities.

Successful candidates are pursuing related degrees, demonstrate initiative, and are fluent in French with working English. Travel outside Canada may be required for training and assignments.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (college diploma or bachelor's degree).
• Strong interest in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in French (spoken and written) with functional English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor projects by planning, organizing, and engaging various stakeholders and committees.
• Identify, document, and optimize key processes to support operational objectives and share best practices.
• Work with site leaders to support operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze gaps between project scope and outcomes; participate in developing solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Participate in development and implementation of new management and information technology tools.
• Demonstrate leadership while embodying Bombardier’s vision and values.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
