Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a motivated HR intern in Montreal to support the Strategic Talent team in delivering people initiatives that align with business objectives.

You'll assist with workforce planning, performance management, and talent development, while gaining hands-on exposure to data analysis and reporting. This paid co-op offers mentorship and a collaborative environment with HR professionals and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
• Must be enrolled in a recognized co-op program and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, employee experience, talent management, workforce planning, or organizational development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $20.00 - $30.00

MB & ON: $18.50 - $28.00

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $17.50 - $28.00
