Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking an Estimation Intern to support major construction projects across Canada. You will lead bid processes, perform quantity take-offs, and help price labor, equipment, and materials with a team focused on collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a recognized Engineering or Construction Management degree or diploma program.

• Lead the comprehensive bid process with a commitment to precision and excellence.
• Identify project-specific pricing for labor, equipment, and materials, interpreting technical specs for accurate bidding.

• Foster a client-centric approach, aligning proposed bids with project feasibility.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with trade partners, consultants, and clients.
• Provide valuable assistance to the team, contributing to a collaborative office environment.

To be eligible for Pomerleau’s internship program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Reside in Canada at the time of application and for the entire duration of the internship.
• Be duly enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution or have graduated from such an institution within no more than six (6) months prior to the internship start date.
