Bombardier invites highly motivated students to join our Dorval Plant as an Intern, Completions Systems Electric (Winter 2027). You will test complex systems, work with cross-functional teams, and help refine test rigs and documentation.

You are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering, have completed about 2 years of study, and are fluent in English and French. Hybrid work and travel for training may be required.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering.
• Have completed 2 years of studies or 60 credits.
• Experience with electrical schematics, testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with a programming language (MS Access, Visual Basic, MS Excel).
• Able to work with a minimum level of supervision and propose improvements.
• Autonomous, organized and analytical with strong teamwork.

Mansioni

During your internship, you will contribute to…

• Test complex systems and report observations
• Participate in cross-functional meetings
• Modify the test rig configuration in accordance with the required test plan
• Develop applications and macros using the Microsoft office suite
• Develop communications techniques with different Suppliers

What we are looking for:

• You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering
• You’ve completed 2 years of studies or 60 credits
• You have experience with electrical schematics, testing and troubleshooting
• You have work experience with a programming language (MS Access, Visual Basic, MS Excel)
• You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements
• You enjoy teamwork and have project organization skills
• You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills
• You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
• You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
