Within the Processes and Tools team of the Planning and Industrial Engineering function, the intern will contribute to a variety of initiatives aimed at supporting standardization, continuous improvement, and the transformation of practices across multiple organizational sites.
Based on their interests, skills, and evolving business priorities, the successful candidate will be involved in projects related to process optimization, work method documentation, tool enhancement, knowledge management, and the digital transformation of the function. The intern may also contribute to the development of training materials, user guides, and reference tools, as well as the implementation of practices that support knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer.
The intern will have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and sites to support key strategic initiatives. They may also participate in governance activities, including project tracking, action coordination, performance indicator development, and decision-support activities.
This internship offers unique exposure to organizational transformation, process improvement, knowledge management, data analysis, automation, and tool development. It also provides the flexibility to tailor the learning experience based on the intern's strengths, interests, and career aspirations.
