Kinaxis Inc. in Ottawa is seeking an Intern Business Analyst to support needs assessments, technology selection, and process improvement across business systems. The role partners with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technology solutions and to support Salesforce and other go-to-market platforms.

You will participate in backlog refinement, testing, and documentation, while gaining exposure to Agile delivery and enterprise applications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, Engineering, or a related program.
• Strong interest in business systems and technology-enabled transformation.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar low-code/no-code platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Assist with administration and support of enterprise apps including Salesforce.
• Support day-to-day ticket operations and incident resolution.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and solution validation.
• Create documentation and training materials.
