Job summary

EQ Bank, Canada’s Challenger Bank, invites you to join the AI Centre of Enablement as an intern for the January–December 2027 work term. You will coordinate enterprise AI training programs, manage certification tracking, and organize workshops with vendors and internal teams.

You will gain exposure to AI strategy, governance, and change management within a regulated financial services environment, while contributing to training and communications initiatives.

• Managing certification tracking and assignment across programs.

Work Term: January - December 2027

This role supports the AI Centre of Enablement in driving enterprise AI adoption and operational excellence. The intern will play a hands‑on role in coordinating AI training programs (White Belt, Blue Belt, Black Belt, Executive Belt), managing certification tracking and assignment, organizing training workshops with vendors and internal facilities, and creating and executing internal communication campaigns. This position provides direct exposure to enterprise AI strategy, governance, and change management within a regulated financial services environment.
