Colliers International is seeking a Junior Analyst Intern for our Debt Advisory Team in Edmonton. This part-time, in-office role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, modeling, and administrative support within a professional setting.

You will assist with debt mandates, prepare lender packages, and support deal tracking. We are looking for a motivated 3rd/4th year student majoring in Finance or Accounting, with strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

  • Current student at a Canadian University majoring in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Preference given to candidates graduating in 2027.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Demonstrated interest in Real Estate through involvement with campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates.
  • Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests.
  • Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms.
  • Coordinate with lenders and clients on information requests.
  • Support internal reporting and deal tracking.
  • Other duties as required.
