WSP in Kamloops seeks an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer (Municipal & Land Development) to help shape resilient communities in the Southern Interior of British Columbia.
Lead design for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater and road projects, manage concepts through construction, and mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions and build strong municipal partnerships across the region.
As an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer (Municipal & Land Development), you’ll play a key role in shaping resilient, sustainable communities across Kamloops and the Southern Interior of British Columbia.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
