Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure and land development projects across the Lower Mainland, in Langley or Vancouver. You will guide projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and nurturing client relationships.

You will mentor junior professionals, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, and contribute to business growth while delivering sustainable, resilient infrastructure for communities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • P.Eng. designation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and land development engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the design and delivery of water, wastewater, drainage, and land development projects.
  • Strong project management experience with a proven ability to manage financial performance and project risks.
  • Experience working with municipal approval processes and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
  • Established client relationship management skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion for mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior professionals, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.

Join our Land Development & Municipal Engineering team in Langley or Vancouver, BC, and play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and community development projects across the Lower Mainland. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll help shape thriving communities through the planning, design, approval, and delivery of municipal infrastructure and land development projects.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 – 162,800

MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $ 111,000 - $147,400
