Job Title:Intermediate Systems Testing/QA Specialist

Job Location:Toronto, ON/Hybrid

Job Description:

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester

• Familiarity with Oracle Siebel CRM testing (highly preferred)

• Experience using Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking

• Knowledge of Siebel Test Automation, Adobe AEM, and data models (assets)

Nice to Have:

• Experience testing Case Management systems

Key Responsibilities:

You will contribute to testing strategy, develop test plans and scripts, and execute various test phases including system integration, functional, and UAT. This role requires close collaboration with project leads and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Additional responsibilities include supporting user acceptance testing, working with GUI/non-GUI environments, and documenting results. Knowledge of structured testing methodologies, automation tools, and quality assurance principles is essential.
