Wood is recruiting for an Intermediate Structural Designer. Reporting to the Civil / Structural Department Manager, this position can be either in our Oakville, Ontario office or our St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador office. If you have a successful track record and thrive on brownfield challenges in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

The Role

As a Structural Designer, you will be part of the structural engineering team delivering projects in the Power and Industrial sectors. This includes structural steel and reinforced concrete drawings for buildings, equipment supports and foundations, substation structures/foundations, pipe racks, pipe supports, and other miscellaneous structures.
