AppDirect recherche un développeur logiciel intermédiaire pour Montréal. Vous travaillerez sur des systèmes fullstack, en partenariat avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et dans un cadre axé sur l’évolutivité et la fiabilité.

Vous maitrisez Java et JavaScript, REST et GraphQL, et vous contribuerez à des solutions robustes avec une architecture microservices. Bilingue FR/EN souhaité et esprit d’équipe.

Qualifications

• 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en développement logiciel.
• Maîtrise de Java et JavaScript, et connaissance de REST et GraphQL.
• Expérience en architecture microservices et en développement fullstack.
• Bonnes compétences en français et en anglais, travail en équipe.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir et faire évoluer l’écosystème d’intégration de notre plateforme.
• Concevoir des systèmes capables de traiter un grand volume de transactions.
• Mettre en place des systèmes tolérants aux pannes et scalables.
• Participer à la migration vers une architecture orientée microservices.

About You

We are looking to hire a skilled and ambitious software developer in Montreal. You are a highly technical, hands-on fullstack developer with a passion for producing maintainable and robust code? You're passionate about driving value through innovative solutions and enjoy working in a collaborative environment? We’d love to have you on board!

What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• You will help shape and evolve the ecosystem for integration into our platform as we scale with more use cases and areas of extensibility;
• Architect and build systems that can process a high volume of transactions;
• Design, implement, and support scalable fault tolerant systems to minimise customer impact in case of failures;
• Participate in the effort to move to a micro-service oriented architecture;

What we’re looking for

• Written/Spoken French and English;
• Strong product mindset;
• Experience developing solutions in various programming languages;
• Strong working knowledge of Java (or other JVM languages), Javascript, MySQL;
• Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST and GraphQL APIs;
• Enjoy building production grade code then supporting and maintaining once it goes live;
• You contribute across the full stack and collaborate effectively with specialists when depth is needed. We expect strong fundamentals and steady growth in infra, backend, data, frontend, and delivery, with increasing ownership over time. Not mastery in every area from day one;
• L2-L3 AI-assisted development: daily use of coding agents for bounded tasks with review (L2), and routine delegation of feature-sized work (L3), with you owning design intent, test strategy, and merge quality;
• Proven track record of delivering end to end business solutions;
• 3 years of relevant experience;

The salary band listed below reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect's total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.

Canada Compensation Band

$95,000 - $120,000 CAD
