The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong Revit proficiency, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to independently manage architectural documentation and coordinate projects through various stages of design and construction.

This is a full-time position with an initial three-month in-office probationary period, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Detailing: Develop and review technical drawings and construction details, with particular emphasis on building envelope systems and cold-climate construction.
  • Construction Administration: Conduct field reviews, coordinate responses to construction-related inquiries, and provide contract administration support in collaboration with the project architect.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members while contributing to a collaborative project environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate consultants and manage technical deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with building permit applications and contract administration.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, technical proficiency, and qualifications.
  • Vacation & Holiday Closure: Three weeks of paid vacation, plus an annual paid office closure the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.
