Job summary

National Bank Trust is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio within the Group Retirement Plan team. You will optimize plans, drive participant enrollment, and deliver a personalized experience to employees and sponsors.

You will develop strategic client relationships, manage priorities effectively, and support administrators with training and engagement initiatives to maximize value and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree related to the field and have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess the group annuity license (an asset) or commit to obtaining it within 6 months of hire.
  • Master sales strategies and have solid experience in customer service.
  • In-depth knowledge of the group retirement plan industry.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver professional presentations.

A career as a Client Relationship Manager within the Group Retirement Plan team at National Bank Trust means managing a portfolio of clients and optimizing their group retirement plans to maximize performance. You position yourself as a trusted partner to enhance the value and efficiency of these plans while delivering a smooth and motivating experience for employees.

This role allows you to play a key part in our organization thanks to your leadership in portfolio management, your ability to develop strategic client relationships, and your expertise in group retirement plans. The position involves regular travel within the Greater Montreal area to meet clients and lead information and training sessions.

Your Role
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and support plan sponsors in analyzing and optimizing existing plans to increase participant enrollment and contributions.

Your Team
