Job summary

Maple Reinders Constructors in Burnaby, BC seeks an experienced ICI Project Manager to lead complex projects. You will oversee project goals, establish effective communication, and drive results with a strong team of estimators and superintendents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction PM, a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications. Travel to sites is expected as part of the role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years' experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor.
• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• PMP, P. Eng and Gold Seal designation are considered an asset.
• Experience in markets such as Food and Beverage, Defense, Educational, Mass Timber and Recreation Centers is considered an asset.

Intermediate Project Manager (ICI Construction)

Maple Reinders Constructors is currently seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia, with exposure to complex ICI projects(industrial, commercial, institutional).

As a Project Manager you will have the opportunity to manage exciting Building projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do.Leadership and accountability are the key to a successful project. Along with their team, our Project Managers define the project methodology; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

Our Project Managers are responsible for ICI projects typically in the value of $5-$50M. You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by your strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense, you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams.

To quality for this position, the ideal candidate will have:
