Security Team Focus

Our Security team enhances security and reduces risk while securely enabling access to information. We seek an experienced Security Engineer to support infrastructure and platform security, focusing on vulnerability management, cloud security, perimeter and network security, and hardening critical environments. You will collaborate with various teams to solve security challenges and design aligned solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Drive infrastructure, network, and perimeter security initiatives.
2. Advocate for security best practices across engineering teams.
3. Implement security features and influence security practices.
4. Design scalable security solutions across domains.
5. Configure and manage cloud security services, including IAM, detective controls, and data protection.
6. Standardize and validate access controls across cloud services and integrate security tooling.
7. Develop and improve security software configurations and controls for data infrastructure.
8. Manage large projects by decomposing tasks and coordinating scope and timelines.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in tackling complex security challenges.
2. Ability to operate in a dynamic environment balancing security and business needs.
3. Strong knowledge in infrastructure operations, networking, and systems.
4. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and deploying cloud services using Terraform.
5. Understanding of AWS audit methods and systems.
6. Experience with security tools like Wiz, Crowdstrike Falcon, and AWS System Manager.
7. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is a plus.
