City of Kingston is seeking an Intermediate Planner (Policy Planning) to assist with policy studies, long-range growth planning, and reviews of development applications. You will prepare reports, advise committees, and help shape Kingston’s future in alignment with regulations.
The role requires a planning degree (Masters preferred) and OPPI membership, with 3 years’ municipal-related experience and strong communication skills.
Reporting to the Manager, Policy Planning, this position is responsible for the preparation of special planning studies, research projects, secondary plans, and assists in the general planning administration.
