Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in Project Coordination & Business Effectiveness with emphasis on Financial Planning & analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program and project financials including GL reconciliation, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability to extract, manipulate, interpret, and report data from multiple systems (financial and non-financial).
  • Data-driven mindset to understand data structures, identify insights, and translate findings into clear analysis and business stories.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management with attention to detail.
  • Experience in process documentation, process design, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership with ownership and a self-starter approach.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project financial forecasts and monitor risks, issues, and action items.
  • Manage and reconcile project financials including accruals, chargebacks, invoice tracing, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial and status reporting for leadership teams and executive steering committees.
  • Support governance activities and operational process improvement initiatives.
  • Support resource allocation governance and onboard users to Eclipse.
  • Create and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support executive presentations and conduct ad hoc analyses across financial and operational data.

Our financial services client is seeking an Intermediate PCO to support project financial governance, resource management, and operational effectiveness using financial planning, GL reconciliation, and Eclipse108521-1

Join a Technology Operations team supporting Core Banking and Payments initiatives across financial governance, resource management, and operational controls. This role supports project financial management, governance reporting, process development, Eclipse onboarding, and operational coordination across multiple workstreams. The position works closely with senior leaders and portfolio stakeholders in a fast-paced, program-driven environment. The engagement supports critical portfolio operations while long-term hiring is underway.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Every Monday and first Friday of every month

4 months ( Posibility of extension and conversion to FTE)

Must Haves
  • 5-10 years of experience in Project Coordination & Business Effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on Financial Planning & analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program and project financials, including GL reconciliation, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to extract, manipulate, interpret, and report on data from multiple systems financial and non-financial
  • Proficiency with a data-driven mindset, with the ability to understand data structures and relationships, identify insights, and translate findings into clear analysis and compelling business stories.
