Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Vancouver seeks an experienced Intermediate Paralegal to support the Emerging & High Growth Companies Department, handling minute books, corporate records, and related filings.
You will perform due diligence, document drafting, and closings with a focus on corporate legislation and client service, in a hybrid Vancouver office. Hybrid work, strong BC corporate law knowledge, and excellent organizational skills are essential.

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Paralegal to join our Emerging & High Growth Companies Department in our Vancouver office supporting legal professionals both locally and nationally.
Paralegal Certificate or Diploma plus at least 5 years of law-firm experience in corporate law practice.
Direct: Manager, Corporate Services
Thetypical hiring salary range for this position in British Columbia is $80,000 - $105,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
