Job summary

MDOS Consulting seeks an Intermediate Organizational Development Consultant to support a client in Ottawa. The role demands five years in corporate HR or OD, with at least three years in executive succession planning, talent management, or governance initiatives, plus the ability to brief senior decision-makers.

Candidate must be bilingual (English & French), hold Top Secret clearance, and be able to work on-site in Ottawa or NCR. Strong policy-writing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate human resources, workforce planning, organizational development, or related personnel management functions.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience specifically related to executive succession planning, talent management, leadership development, or workforce governance initiatives.
• Experience providing advice, recommendations, and briefings to senior executive-level decision-makers responsible for workforce governance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, or human resource management.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience writing, reviewing, or editing strategic-level policies, directives, governance frameworks, implementation plans, executive reports, or decision-support documents.
• Must have a valid Top Secret security clearance, and be eligible to obtain any additional security access approvals identified in the contract security requirements.
• Must demonstrate a minimum bilingual language profile of CBC.
