Position Overview

Calian is seeking an Intermediate Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to assist our client with their project facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment asset control and configuration management support for the fielding team.
• Conduct supply transactions through Defense Supply Chain (DSC) supporting LCSS activities.
• Pack equipment for shipment to DSC or other DND sites.
• Coordinate shipping of equipment.
• Manage receipt and issue activities per vehicle BOM/checklists.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and SATs.
• Track local material acquisition supporting fielding activities and report to TA.
• Perform other ILS tasks as required by TA.
• Complete all tasks following DMMD policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma/certificate or higher.
• Valid WHMIS certificate.
• Valid Standard First Aid Certificate.
• Minimum 24 months of experience in Logistic Support related to equipment management.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret-level Government Security Clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Controlled Goods certification.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for 3-4 weeks at a time.
