The Department of Oncology in the Cumming School of Medicine invites applications for an Intermediate Data Management Specialist. This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 12 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
The position will focus on developing and implementing reproducible coding pipelines to automate cleaning and processing of medical image data and analyze image data to for various research projects in lung cancer screening. Conducting studies focused on the implementation and optimization of lung cancer screening in Alberta and the development of novel methods for the early detection of lung cancer.
This position reports to the Principal Investigator.
