INTERMEDIATE BUSINESS ANALYST with mandatory 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365

9 month contract (12 month extension)

LOCATION: Primarily REMOTE with occasional travel to Edmonton

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise IT environment.

Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 specialist with deep expertise in its user-facing apps. Demonstrated ability to work closely with business area clients to build solutions that leverage Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.

Experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in multiple implementation and execution of information technology projects.

Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements.

Experience in analyzing process maps, descriptions, and data flow diagrams of complex business processes to understand records that are produced.

Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.).

Experience with IT service management, IT service management applications, IT application development and maintenance projects.

Experience working on projects with changing priorities, timelines, or requirements.

Experience working within an agile development environment.
