Job summary

Republic is growing in Winnipeg, MB and seeks an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join the #PeopleOfRepublic. You will work on architectural projects using Revit and BIM, delivering accurate construction documents.

You’ll collaborate with architects, interior designers, technologists, and consultants from inception through design, construction documents, and administration, ensuring BIM standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in architectural or engineering technology from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM.
• Strong command of construction drawings and building science.
• Mechanical experience is an asset.

Intermediate Architectural Technologist

About The Position

We’re growing and looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist (Revit + BIM) to join the #PeopleOfRepublic.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality construction documents for some of Republic’s most complex, interesting, and diverse projects;


• Collaborate with like-minded architects, interior designers, technologists, and multi-disciplinary consultant teams;


• Participate in the building design process from project inception through to design, construction documents, and construction administration;


• Work in Revit producing detailed models and construction documents to Republic and client BIM standards;


• Participate in the identification and resolution of building technology issues; and


• Deliver a vast range of project typologies across Canada with a variety of clients.

Qualifications

• A diploma in architectural or engineering technology from a recognized institution.


• 5+ years of related experience.


• Proficiency in Revit and BIM.


• A command of construction drawings and building science, with the judgment to resolve detailing issues.


• Mechanical experience considered an asset.
