Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• 3-5 years of experience in residential architecture
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code and municipal zoning bylaws
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Eligibility to work in Canada
