We need individuals who can work across multiple projects, interacting with Designers and Partners to support models and all efforts related to Interior Design and Architecture.
The role requires extensive experience in drawing and the CA process, as well as strong knowledge and experience with Revit technology, design technology models, standards development, and practice.
You should have a proven ability to guide teams, educate staff on technology, and engage in troubleshooting and continuous improvement in a thoughtful, process-oriented, and supportive manner.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years in all phases of interior or architectural design delivery, with at least 3 years on corporate interiors or workplace projects.
Excellent graphic communication skills and ability to produce organized, professional drawings.
Experience mentoring project teams and transferring technical skills.
Ability to provide clear, professional service to internal and external clients.
Expertise in Revit, including creating parametric families, scheduling, and streamlining production with add-ins.
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Experience with real-time visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion) is a plus.
Experience with ACC (BIM 360) model collaboration and review tools is an asset.
Comprehensive understanding of building systems and codes.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively and independently.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing project needs.
