The Intermediate Application Consultant — Assets works with municipal and infrastructure clients to implement, configure, and support asset management solutions. The platform covers four core capability areas: Asset Management (lifecycle tracking, condition monitoring, cost analysis, and repair/replacement forecasting), GIS Integration (interactive mapping with color‑coded risk and funding layers for council and resident communication), Field Mobility (a mobile app enabling crews to inspect, photograph, and update assets online or offline with real‑time syncing), and Work Order Management (automated work order generation, crew assignment, and labor/materials tracking for accountable maintenance). This role helps local governments get the most out of these tools — stretching asset useful life, cutting emergency callouts, and driving faster, more cost‑visible maintenance operations.
