The University of Ottawa is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to support payroll operations and HR processes on the Main Campus. The role reports to the Intermediate Generalist, HR, and involves contract generation, on-boarding support, and records management.
Ideal candidates have postsecondary education with at least 2 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of payroll principles, and bilingual French/English communication skills.

Reporting to the Intermediate Generalist, Human Resources, the incumbent performs a variety of activities to support the human resources and payroll operations of the sector while ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures. Assist with other administrative functions (maintenance of office equipment, mail distribution, etc.) as required.
