L'OCCITANE Group (B Corp) in Toronto seeks an Intermediate Accountant to support the financial close, reporting, and reconciliations in compliance with IFRS. This role is crucial for managing intercompany processes, balance sheet integrity, and ensuring compliance with tax requirements.
With responsibilities that include preparing journal entries and supporting documentation, as well as coordinating audits and tax filings, the ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, CPA or working towards it, and 3-4 years of relevant experience in a sizable consumer products company.

The role is responsible for key accounting areas, including intercompany processes, balance sheet integrity, and tax support, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit standards. This position contributes to the effective day-to-day operations of the accounting function and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
