Job summary

Reliance Impact, based in Mississauga, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior renovation projects from planning through completion. This role demands hands‑on oversight of budgets, schedules, trades, and client expectations in occupied spaces.

You will coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring high‑quality finishes, safety, and on‑time delivery across commercial interiors such as offices, retail, and hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in interior renovations or commercial construction.
• Strong scheduling and budget management with trades and vendors.
• Excellent communication and organization in occupied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and reporting.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Identify risks and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Ensure quality, safety, design, and client satisfaction.
