Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning.
• Remove old wallpaper and loose paint using appropriate tools.
• Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings.
• Sand and seal surfaces for a smooth finish.
• Read specifications to determine material quantities.
• Apply paint with rollers, brushes, or sprayers to ensure even coverage.
• Measure and install wallpaper and fabric as required.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and protective gear.
• Set up scaffolding and safety barriers as needed.
• Represent Northland Properties professionally.
