Job summary

Pier 4 is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Southwestern Ontario. You will tackle interior and exterior painting across our residential properties, ensuring high-quality finishes and durability.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ professional painting experience, comfort with heights, and reliable collaboration with Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians. A valid Ontario G Driver's License and eligibility to work in Canada are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience.
• Commercial painting experience required.
• Exterior balcony/low-rise residential painting experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights and with ladders.
• Authorized to work in Canada; clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior on residential properties with high quality finish.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, cleaning, and removing old paint.
• Apply paints, primers, and coatings to protect surfaces and improve curb appeal.
• Perform general maintenance and touch-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with Property Managers and Technicians to plan work.
• Manage painting materials and equipment, optimize costs.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and safe; dispose of materials properly.
• On-call duties may include evenings and weekends.
