Grandeur is a growing company looking for an individual to join our team as an Interior Finisher

REPORTS TO: Lead Hand

SUMMARY:

Interior finishing requires the use of hand tools, air tools, and power tools to install interior finishings. Responsibilities include installation of doors, trim, shelving, and full adherence to safety compliance regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools.
• Hang and install interior doors and bi-fold doors according to working drawings.
• Install baseboards according to working drawings.
• Assist in other duties in the finishing department as required.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, and compliance regulations.
• Keep work area organized and clean.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• General building principles and tool knowledge.
• Knowledge of standard measurements.
• Blueprint literate.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to project a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team.

WORK CONDITIONS:

• Physical ability to lift up to 50lb.
• Able to operate air and power tools.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb ladders, stairs, etc.
• Overtime as required.
