We will be transforming the homes of your local neighbours and we're looking for team players who are driven, results-oriented, and excited to make the most out of your summer. We provide professional level quality home services including painting/staining services for both interior and exterior projects! - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - although it is a bonus!

We want our clients to fall back in love with their home and be in AWE of the before and after transformation. We are currently offering both full-time and part-time positions to the most motivated, willing, and coachable individuals to join our dynamic team. We want you to be PROUD of the work that you produce. Take ownership.

Requirements:

1. Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time!
2. Must have own car or reliable transportation
3. Positive attitude

6. Coachable

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall completion of projects from start to finish at a high standard of quality and in a timely manner
2. Maintain a clean and organized site and project
3. Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owner
4. Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in the neighbourhood around the work site

Compensation:

$17.50-$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility
