What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design and a portfolio of franchise bar and restaurant work.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience including mentoring others - solid OBC and AODA skills
• A car and G license; experience visiting sites for design compliance
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, SketchUp
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Strong product knowledge of furniture, fabrics, mood boards & palettes, lighting, & finishes.
