Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time design experience, with a clear FF&E specialization.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Experience on 5-star luxury hospitality projects or luxury condos with property developers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Leads and Senior Designers to manage high-end clients from concept to completion across FF&E stages.
• Conceptualize custom furniture, millwork, and decorative lighting aligned with brand standards.
• Create layouts, material boards, finishes, and floor plans with unique solutions for demanding clients.
• Coordinate with design, project management, and procurement teams.
• Review and coordinate FF&E submittals to maintain design intent.

About The Role

Talentsphere is recruiting for an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio located in North Toronto known for working with prestigious global hospitality clients, bringing spaces to life through architecture, landscape, interiors, and exceptional product design. They're looking for someone with 5+ years full-time experience; a creative to join a dynamic team who has experience designing elite hotels.

This role is non-hybrid and requires daily office collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Project Leads and Senior Designers to manage high end clients from concept through completion across all FF&E stages.
• Conceptualize custom furniture, millwork, and decorative lighting that align with brand standards.
• Create world-class layouts for functionality and flow; material boards and finishes; floor plans; unique customized solutions for demanding clients
• Coordinate internally with design and project management teams and work closely with procurement.
• Review, track, and coordinate FF&E submittals to ensure consistency with approved design intent.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience with a clear specialization in FF&E design.
• Experience in 5-star luxury hospitality projects or luxury condos with property developers
• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & InDesign, SketchUp
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; able to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Strong product knowledge of furniture, fabrics, accessories, art, drapery, decorative lighting, and finishes.
