The Role In a Nutshell

  • Working as an integral part of the Pre-Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high-end residential projects.
  • Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
    • Initial design consultations as a part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget
    • Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP
    • Material selections with clients & suppliers
    • Management and procurement of finishes
    • Maintaining budgets for all selections
    • Coordinating of materials/finish selections to sites
    • Overseeing templates, measures and installation of custom details
    • Client communication

Experience Required:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in residential design required, customer sales experience an asset.
  • Technical Skills: AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability to build and maintain budgets as required. Proficiency in Revit an asset.
  • Education: Accredited interior design program an asset.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong multitasking skills is mandatory.
  • Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required
