Our client is a North American manufacturing company with a global footprint. They are urgently seeking an Interim Senior Director of Human Resources to bridge the gap until a permanent candidate is selected. This interim executive will contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and agile leader than collaborates with senior stakeholders across the business while also rolling up their sleeves to deal with periodic plant issues. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is a mandatory requirement.
