Job summary

Sephora Canada is looking for an Interim Lead at ON-Pen Centre (0842) in Saint Catharines to guide a high-performing team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You will coach, develop, and engage team members while maintaining store standards and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/hours
  • Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$22.20 - CAD$26.10/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
