Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Interim Lead at AB-West Edmonton to guide a dynamic beauty team. You will coach staff, drive client engagement, and exceed sales goals while upholding Sephora standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time leadership role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or service, excellent communication, and a passion for training and developing others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$20.00 - CAD$23.55/hr. In addition, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
