Role Overview :

We're seeking experienced Interim COOs to join our roster, driving operational excellence and managing critical operational initiatives for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are process-oriented leaders capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead operational restructuring, turnaround initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement rapid operational strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and production processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Streamline business processes and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic operational priorities and action plans.
  • Optimize resource allocation, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards across all operational functions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Mentor and support operational teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of operational goals.
  • Act as a change agent to drive cultural and organizational shifts necessary for success.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Operations as COO or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in leading operational organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring.
  • Strong operational, strategic, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
