Job summary

St. Joseph's Health Care London is seeking an Interim Clinical Manager for the Veterans Care Program at Parkwood Institute Main in London, ON.

This temporary full-time role oversees operations, resource management and clinical coordination on inpatient units. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive change, coach staff and support program transition, with emphasis on safety, collaboration and quality of care for Canadian Veterans and their families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or an allied health field is required.
• Valid registration with the appropriate professional College is required.
• Knowledge of safety culture in a health care setting and OHSA compliance is required.
• Ability to supervise under OHSA and lead teams.
• Demonstrated leadership including team development, change management and staff engagement.
• Experience with dementia care and managing responsive behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational needs, resource management and clinical coordination on inpatient units.
• Lead program transition and drive continuous development of the team.
• Coach, facilitate, teach and provide leadership to engage staff and partners.
• Demonstrate change management, consensus building and conflict resolution to meet veterans' care needs.
• Support safety, quality initiatives and interdisciplinary collaboration for Veterans care.
