The Interim Assistant to the Dean provides efficient, professional, and confidential executive-level support to the Dean and other senior leaders within the SC-Office of the Dean. The role supports the priorities of the Office and oversees and coordinates the workflow of administrative staff in the Associate Dean and Dean's Offices.
Education:
Education: University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience & Skills:
Skills Required: Proficient with MS Office suite, including exceptional skills in Excel and Outlook. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage details effectively. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, tact, diplomacy, and maintain confidentiality. Well-developed interpersonal skills, capable of interacting comfortably and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong customer service orientation, with a proven ability to respond to client requests quickly and professionally. Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
