Job description

SKADRA is recruiting a military intelligence subject matter expert (SME) to support the Canadian defence. This person plays an essential role for tactical analysis, scenario design and development of intelligence systems.

Key responsibilities :

  • Extract key information for military strategic and operational decision making, such as :

Situational awareness,

Counter-insurgency operations (COIN),

Intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) or intelligence preparation of the operating environment (IPOE),

Organizational, team and individual factors,

Exploitation of information and actionable knowledge.

  • Develop representative military scenarios to evaluate intelligence in a broad range of operational conditions.
  • Develop systems and processes related to military intelligence (CAN-US-NATO).
  • Plan, design and manage military intelligence exercises, wargames and experiments.
  • Provide advice related to military processes for the production, use and analysis of intelligence products, joint intelligence, and military requirements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training courses.
