Job summary

MaintainX in Toronto, Canada, now part of Autodesk, seeks an Integrations Consultant to lead client integration projects, bringing expertise in TypeScript/NodeJS/React/ReactNative and MySQL.

You will guide technical solutions, manage scope, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and train clients on integrated systems, while maintaining strong relationships.

Bachelor’s degree and solid project management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integration projects for technical clients.
• Ability to organize and consolidate customer data from multiple sources.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Proficiency with programming languages, APIs and data transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration projects from initiation to completion with timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Assess systems to design effective integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide API-based guidance.
• Create detailed integration plans and train clients on use.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Work with sales engineers, solution architects and third-party integrators.
